Shipping Information
Global Delivery: We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia)
Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Orders over £50 via EMS – Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing our Standard Shipping option.
Our Returns Promise
We stand behind every stitch of our performance gear. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, our returns process is as streamlined as a time trial:
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase required
Performance Note: For hygiene reasons, base layers, compression wear, and bib tights cannot be returned unless faulty. Consider these your race-day essentials – once worn, they’re yours for good.
The Returns Process

- Wait for Approval: Our team responds faster than a sprint finish – typically within 24 hours
- Package Your Gear: Securely repackage with all original tags and packaging

Refund Information
We process refunds with race-day efficiency:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Original Payment Method: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
Need a different size or color? Include your preferred exchange details in your return request email. Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
Faulty Items
While rare (like a pro cyclist’s mechanical failure), if your gear arrives with manufacturing defects, contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and get you a replacement faster than a pit stop.
Return Shipping
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked service – unclaimed returns are like dropped water bottles, we can’t chase them down!
