At Athlete Outfit, we engineer our gear for peak performance, and we stand behind every product we make. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns process is designed with the same precision as our compression fabrics – simple, efficient, and built for speed.
Our Returns Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items (see exceptions below). Your gear must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
The Returns Process
Follow these steps like you would a race-day checklist:
- Submit Your Request: Email admin@athleteoutfit.com with your order number and return reason within 15 days of delivery
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond faster than a sprint finish – typically within 24 hours
- Package Your Gear: Securely repackage items with original tags and packaging
- Ship It Back: Send to our warehouse (address below) using a tracked service
- Receive Refund: We’ll process your refund once we receive and inspect the items
Exchange Process
Need a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Include your preferred exchange item details in your email request.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed with race-day efficiency:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service – unclaimed returns are like dropped water bottles, we can’t chase them down!

Faulty Items
If your gear arrives with manufacturing defects (rare, but it happens – even pro cyclists get flats), contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and get you a replacement faster than a pit stop.
